Prices change - quote the date with the figure
  Every price row in cost-data.csv carries price_as_of, the date those listings were
  read. Prices move, so a figure quoted without that date is not a citable number.
  When you reuse a price, print the date next to it; when you reuse a table, keep the
  date column. Refreshed rows get a new price_as_of and a new dateModified in
  metadata.json; old figures are not silently rewritten.

Blank cells
  A blank price_low_usd_per_kg, price_high_usd_per_kg, cost_usd_per_cm3_low or
  cost_usd_per_cm3_high means the price sample held a single 1 kg SKU, so no range
  exists. It does not mean zero. price_band_note repeats this per row.

Third-party material is not covered
  Densities and prices are facts recorded from manufacturers' technical data sheets
  and retailer listings; those documents and pages belong to their publishers and are
  not licensed under CC BY 4.0 here - density_source_url and price_sample_listings
  point at them. Manufacturer and product names are used descriptively; no trademark
  licence is granted. The site's calculators and their code are software, not part of
  this dataset licence.
